Job Summary: We are seeking a Mechanical Technical Assistant to support assembly, disassembly, mechanical inspection, and mechanical measurements, ensuring compliance and service quality. Opportunity to develop mechanical skills. **Job Description – Mechanical Technical Assistant** We are looking for a **Mechanical Technical Assistant** to support activities related to assembly, disassembly, inspection, and mechanical measurements, ensuring process compliance and service quality. The professional must strictly adhere to internal standards, safety regulations, and established procedures. **General Responsibilities** * Ensure compliance with **Quality Management** guidelines. * Fully comply with the company’s **Code of Conduct**. * Correctly use **PPE and collective protective equipment (CPE)**, meeting occupational safety requirements for the position. * Maintain workplace organization according to the **5S Program**, preserving equipment and company assets. * Care for tools and measurement instruments, requesting maintenance/calibration whenever necessary. * Perform tasks in accordance with training, instructions, and internal procedures. * Fulfill production planning as directed by supervisors. * Accurately record maintenance information in the **FAS** system. * Issue **Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs)** when applicable. * Immediately report any issues occurring during task execution. * Willingness to travel for work. **Technical Activities – Operations and Processes** * Handling of technological equipment used in process control. * Handling of activity control systems and archiving systems for completed work. * On-site technical support at client facilities. * Operate overhead cranes in accordance with training and safety regulations. **Measurement Instruments** Handling of instruments including: * Dynamometer, interchangeable micrometer, height gauge, standard bar/rod, heavy-duty caliper, depth caliper, internal diameter gauge, dial indicator. **Assembly, Disassembly, and Inspection** * Assembly and disassembly of low-voltage motors. * Inspection (technical evaluation) of low- and medium-voltage motors. * Performing mechanical measurements for component analysis. **Component Preparation** * Preparing parts. * Final part verification prior to subsequent process steps. **Technical Documentation** * Properly use and interpret the **Sectoral Work Instruction Folder** to identify and study tasks. **Educational Requirements** * **Preferred:** Technical degree in Mechanics / Mechatronics. * **Minimum:** Currently pursuing a technical degree. **Experience** * **Preferred:** 6 months of experience. **Skills** * **Preferred:** Attention to detail, responsibility, and teamwork.
