Our core values guide our actions: ethics, results orientation, collaboration, excellence, and commitment. **Responsibilities:** Analyze and optimize sales processes; Gather requirements from business areas; Handle and resolve support tickets related to commercial and sales systems; Identify and fix failures; Document processes and support users, acting as a bridge between business and technical areas; And other related activities. **Requirements:** Degree in IT, Information Systems, Engineering, Administration, or related fields. Experience with sales processes and support for commercial area systems. Experience in requirements analysis, functional support, and documentation. Knowledge of data analysis (Advanced Excel, ETL, BI tools, SQL, or similar tools). Analytical ability, strong communication skills, and problem-solving focus. Desirable: Knowledge of the SD (Sales Distribution) module — preferably in an SAP S/4HANA environment, but not mandatory. Experience with other ERPs or sales, billing, and commercial management systems. Experience with system integrations. Experience with CRM. Experience with Qlik or Power BI platforms.
