With a trajectory marked by solidity and responsibility, we build our story while maintaining our purpose of delivering real value to our customers — always with committed people, collaboration, and a results-oriented mindset. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Research, evaluate, and integrate cutting-edge AI APIs and tools (LLMs, Generative AI, computer vision, etc.) to creatively and pragmatically solve business problems. * Explore and apply modern techniques such as prompt engineering, RAG (Retrieval\-Augmented Generation), and model fine\-tuning to create innovative solutions. * Rapidly develop functional prototypes to validate hypotheses, using both external tools and custom-built components. * Lead technical analysis of AI solutions from partners and vendors, helping determine the fastest path to value generation. * When the decision is to \"Build\", transform prototypes into robust, scalable, and secure solutions, applying best practices in software engineering and MLOps. * Collaborate closely with the Cell Leader, actively participating in discovery cycles and contributing technical feasibility insights from the outset. **Job Requirements** * Experience as a Software Engineer or in a similar role, with a focus on practical AI application. * Experience applying Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI to solve business problems (e.g., task automation, summarization, chatbots, etc.). * Proficiency in Python and familiarity with the modern AI ecosystem (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex, Hugging Face, OpenAI/Google/Anthropic APIs). * Practical experience integrating systems via APIs (REST, GraphQL). * Ability to autonomously navigate across diverse technologies and platforms, learning quickly and selecting the right tool for the job. **Desirable Qualifications** * Experience with COGFY, N8N, and similar tools. * Experience deploying traditional ML models in production environments. * Knowledge of automation platforms (RPA) or AI Low\-Code/No\-Code tools. * Familiarity with MLOps practices (MLflow, Kubeflow, etc.). * Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to business stakeholders. **Additional Information** Beyond joining a collaborative and continuously evolving team, you’ll enjoy a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your health, well-being, and professional development: * Medical and dental insurance; * Meal allowance via iFood Multibenefícios card; * Profit Sharing Program (PLR), based on the company’s annual goal achievement; * Partnership with Wellz, a mental health and well-being platform; * Partnership with Wellhub, providing access to gyms and wellness activities; * Life insurance; * Partnerships and discounts with educational and language institutions; * Corporate University, offering professional development learning paths; * Access to Alura platform, subject to availability; * Pharmacy benefits (Belo Horizonte and metropolitan region); * Transportation allowance.
