Currently, we have embarked on a new major innovation journey, where new processes and products will be developed to deliver greater value to our clients; therefore, we hope you will join us on this journey. **Responsibilities and Duties** You will be responsible for: * Ensuring documentary compliance and monitoring information related to the Group's procurement procedures; * Identifying, organizing, and archiving documents related to completed procurement procedures; * Monitoring procurement notices using specialized software; * Supporting document management and the organization of procurement processes; * Assisting in deadline tracking, information updates, and support for procurement-related requests. **Job Requirements** For this position, it is important that you have: * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Law, Public Administration, or related fields; * Courses related to Procurement (Desirable); * Detail-oriented profile; * Organizational skills for document management and deadline adherence; * Strong writing ability and capacity to interpret legal texts; * Proficiency in preparing reports and controls.
