For us, the FUTURE is NOW! **Responsibilities and duties** Research, analyze, and monitor bidding notices across various modalities. Support product coding according to the company's portfolio. Prepare and submit documentation for participation in public auctions, ensuring compliance with deadlines. Develop commercial proposals based on auction and quotation results. Perform quotations on portals such as ComprasNet, Apoio Cotações, among others. Monitor the delivery process of products and documents with suppliers. Keep certificates and documentation required for bidding processes up-to-date with public agencies. Support the bidding team in operational and administrative activities within the area. **Requirements and qualifications** Completed high school education. Higher education currently in progress (desirable). Prior experience in the bidding field. Intermediate computer skills. Familiarity with bidding portals and procedures.
