Job Summary: Responsible for material procurement, quotation requests, supplier negotiation, and performance indicator tracking, interacting with inventory, warehouse, logistics, and sales departments. Key Highlights: 1. Strategic procurement and supplier negotiation 2. Cross-functional collaboration with departments such as Inventory, Logistics, and Sales 3. Development of spreadsheets and departmental performance indicators **RESPONSIBILITIES:** \-Procure various materials used by the company \-Execute: Purchase requisitions, supplier registration, purchase orders, budget estimates, quotations, supplier negotiations (via corporate tools: internal system, mobile phone, e\-mail, applications, etc.). \-Develop Excel spreadsheets for various controls and departmental performance indicators. \-Collaborate with departments including Inventory, Warehouse, Logistics, and Sales. **REQUIREMENTS:** ·Experience/Knowledge in: Procurement, Warehouse, Inventory, or Logistics. ·Strong negotiation skills ·Excellent communication and expressive abilities. ·Advanced Excel proficiency. ·Convenient access to the Chácaras Cotia neighborhood / Contagem (near Contagem Shopping) Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$2000.00 \- R$2300.00 per month Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$2\.000,00 \- R$2\.300,00 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Experience: * Procurement (Preferred) Work Location: On-site
