* Perform general painting services on walls, ceilings, beds, cabinets, tables, etc.; **Surface preparation and preparation of acrylic and automotive paints;** Use of spray guns and painting machinery; * Perform plaster finishing work on walls and ceilings in the interior areas of the Hospital; **Perform corrective maintenance on walls, floors, ceilings, and other civil structures;** Reading of project drawings; **Active participation in departmental and organizational training programs;** Paint interior and exterior surfaces, including scraping, applying filler, and applying layers of paint as required; **Cover ceilings, walls, and other physical structures of the building;** Prepare surfaces to be painted by scraping and sanding manually or with electric sanders; **Remove corrosion and apply filler paste, synthetic filler, and anti-corrosive coatings;** Prepare paint by adding diluents, driers, pigments, solvents, and other additives in appropriate quantities to achieve desired color, viscosity, homogeneity, and adhesion; **Perform painting services on walls, ceilings, doors, windows, beds, cabinets, tables, metal fixtures, safety signage, and other structures using required equipment;** Prepare painting materials, observing required quantities to achieve specified color and quality; **Follow manufacturers' recommendations for products used;** Maintain a clean and organized workplace by collecting and storing waste, scrap, and other residues in appropriate containers and locations to ensure hygiene, safety, and environmental protection; **Take care of materials, tools, and equipment under one's responsibility to extend their service life;** Carry out work observing occupational safety requirements, properly using PPE and behavioral standards, complying with applicable legislation and internal regulations; **Perform other related tasks of similar nature and complexity associated with the organizational environment, as needed or at the supervisor's discretion;** Participate in and suggest improvements to quality tools, verification processes, POP application, risk management, and process mapping; **Participate in training sessions provided by the Institution;** Comply with safety, environmental control, and legislative requirements relevant to one's activities Job Type: Permanent CLT Compensation: R$224\.363,00 per month Work Location: On-site
