We are looking for a **Junior Technical Support Analyst** to join our team at our unit located in the Cruzeiro neighborhood. **Responsibilities:** Handle Level I and Level II service requests for users across all Neocenter units. Provide proactive and preventive support for hospital management systems and other systems used within the institution. Participate in network asset control and management processes. Conduct technical visits to units for structural, configuration issue assessment and resolution, as well as user training and support. * Handle Level I and II service requests via Help Desk / Service Desk system; * Monitor local network assets and manage ERP-integrated systems; * Perform daily tasks such as backups, CCTV monitoring, firewall management, among others; * Provide on-site support to the company's healthcare units.
