Job Summary: Assist in the kitchen with food pre-preparation, preparation, bakery work, buffet setup, and maintenance of hygiene and organization, following food safety standards. Key Highlights: 1. Assist in food pre-preparation and preparation. 2. Support bakery activities and buffet setup. 3. Ensure hygiene and quality of food and equipment. * Assist in food pre\-preparation and preparation according to order tickets, including washing, sanitizing, and cutting food items; placing them in appropriate containers to make them ready for cooking menu dishes. * Assist in bakery activities, such as preparing desserts, cakes, and other items, as needed. * Ensure the quality of food items in the area by checking expiration dates and storage conditions. * Assist in setting up and restocking the restaurant buffet, coffee breaks, and employee meals, ensuring they remain continuously stocked. Maintain their visual presentation. * Assist the immediate supervisor in maintaining area controls. Conduct briefings jointly with the kitchen and restaurant teams. * Maintain personal hygiene and food hygiene, as well as wash kitchen equipment and utensils, keeping the kitchen organized and clean in accordance with required food safety standards. * Act as an ambassador for brand values and actively participate in initiatives promoting Service Culture.
