




Job Summary: Responsible for preparing dishes according to presentation and food safety guidelines, maintaining an organized kitchen, and ensuring a unique experience for customers. Maintain the kitchen in optimal physical condition and ensure all equipment and materials are fully operational to meet customer needs and deliver a unique and unforgettable experience, aligned with Accor's Service Culture. * Perform all tasks required for dish preparation and buffet setup. * Plate individual dishes, buffets, trays, etc., and distribute them to consumption areas. * Suggest menu modifications based on product availability and consumption history. * Perform tasks across various kitchen departments, including butchery, garde-manger, pastry, pasta, and others. * Monitor buffet consumption and replenish food items as needed. * Personally supervise buffets set up for breakfast, lunch, or dinner, ensuring high quality and excellent presentation. * Assist in optimizing resources and controlling food costs, and implement area self-control procedures.
