ACCOUNTING ANALYST WITH EXPERIENCE **Main responsibilities:** Bookkeeping and Reconciliation ● Perform monthly accounting for companies assigned by the Executive Management/Management. ● Record accounting entries and perform reconciliations for: ○ Cash and Bank Accounts; ○ Payroll (import and reconciliation); ○ Fixed Assets (depreciation, import, and reconciliation); ○ Recurring and fixed entries (provisions, financing, among others). Accounting Closings ● Conduct monthly closings for companies under the Real Profit regime, ensuring correct calculation of taxes with the Tax Department (PIS, COFINS, CSLL, and IRPJ). ● Prepare quarterly trial balance closings. ● Execute year-end closing for all companies, ensuring data availability in Econtador. ● Prepare and present quarterly accounting reports and financial statements to Executive Management. Ancillary Obligations ● Prepare, review, and submit monthly and annual ancillary obligations, such as: SPED Accounting (ECD), SPED Fiscal (ECF), DEFIS, DIRF, DIMOB, and other applicable filings. ● Fulfill accounting obligations for companies opting for Simples Nacional (annual), Presumed Profit (quarterly), and Real Profit (quarterly and annual) regimes. Relationship and Support ● Provide technical\-accounting support to clients via WhatsApp, phone, or meetings, as needed. ● Address and resolve Econtador service tickets daily. ● Support audits and tax inspections by providing information and reports upon request. ● Review work performed by junior staff and assistants, as required.
