




Job Summary: The Systems Analyst is responsible for analyzing, designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining information systems, acting independently and proactively throughout the project lifecycle. The Systems Analyst is responsible for analyzing, designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining information systems, ensuring that solutions meet user needs and align with the company’s strategic objectives. This professional operates more independently and proactively than a Junior Systems Analyst, assuming greater responsibilities across the system project lifecycle—including requirements definition, process modeling, and solution integration. Additionally, the analyst guides and supports more junior professionals, sharing technical knowledge and experience. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Conduct interviews and workshops with stakeholders to identify and document functional and non-functional system requirements; * Design, develop, and deploy software solutions, ensuring compliance with specifications and quality standards; * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on legacy systems, ensuring continuity and operational efficiency; * Collaborate with other developers and partners, applying best development practices to align with software product objectives; * Conduct system testing and solution validation, ensuring compliance with requirements and user expectations; * Develop and maintain up-to-date technical documentation, including user manuals and implementation guides, to facilitate support and maintenance; * Evaluate and optimize existing processes, proposing improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of implemented solutions; **REQUIRED COMPETENCIES:** * Solid knowledge of the TOTVS HR system (RM line); * Proficiency in Database technologies, including modeling, queries, and maintenance (MySQL, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, among others); * Knowledge of integration and APIs, in both monolithic and distributed architectures. **SKILLS:** * Problem solving; * Interpersonal communication; * Teamwork; * Project management; * Analytical thinking. **REQUIRED PROFILE:** Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Information Technology, or related fields. **IMPORTANT INFORMATION:** * **Work modality:** On-site * **Work location:** Belo Horizonte/MG * **Working hours:** 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with a two-hour lunch break. 5x2 schedule. **FROM MINAS GERAIS TO BRAZIL** With 74 years of history, Itatiaia is the #1 radio station for people from Minas Gerais, reaching millions of listeners.
