May assist in loading and unloading cylinders, moving cylinders and pallets, racks or baskets of cylinders using manual and electric pallet jacks. As an integral part of responsibilities in this role, you must assume specific functions defined by Industrial and Operational Management Systems (SGI & SGO), including those related to industrial safety processes, hygiene procedures, and sanitary regulations established in applicable RDCs assigned to you, properly executing activities assigned to these functions as defined in documents establishing these systems. * Execute tasks assigned by the coordinator and/or production team leaders to meet deadlines, standards, procedures, and contracted production volume * Production volumes delivered on time, with quality and safety (zero rework and zero accidents) * Perform cylinder handling in accordance with quality and safety standards established by the Group, as well as comply with operational and safety procedures applied to air gas filling processes, achieving 100% compliance with quality and safety standards * Contribute to improving productivity indicators at the filling center and generate reports demonstrating improved filling center productivity * Perform industrial gas analyses when specified in procedures to ensure their quality, as well as perform counter-analyses of cylinder samples previously analyzed * Industrial gas analyses and counter-analyses as required by procedures * Issue corporate management and sector control reports, non-conformance handling reports, and report to the Production Coordinator and/or monthly reports issued * Technical quality responsibility during the production process, reporting all non-conformities observed in production stages (leaking valve, vacuum pump efficiency issues, tank with very low level, cylinders without residual pressure); non-conformities reported and followed up until resolution * Perform cylinder inspections (physical condition of cylinders, paint, cylinder compatibility with valve connection), tulips and valves, as well as inspections of cylinder serial numbers and dates of periodic inspection validity (hydrostatic testing), manufacturing standards, inspecting agencies, and other critical markings to ensure cylinders comply with existing procedures; cylinder inspections performed according to contracted standards * Record cylinder data in TOTVS/Filling Center system, associate cylinders with barcoded labels during sorting stage using handheld devices (collector/pocket), and correctly operate the handheld device * Perform in-process controls across all production stages (receiving, selection, filling, in-process control, routing accordingly—approved or rejected—to respective areas) and complete production dossiers at filling stages * Process controls and production dossiers * Ensure all documents are fully completed in all fields designated for production operators, clearly, legibly, and without erasures.
