Health is viewed not merely as a necessity but as a true synonym for quality of life; valuing life is the fundamental premise shared by all group companies. **Responsibilities:** Analyze and execute activities related to People Management subsystems — recruitment and selection, training and development, leadership performance monitoring, organizational climate, internal marketing, motivational initiatives, exit interviews, indicator recordkeeping, as well as performance data collection and analysis — aiming to contribute to maintaining a qualified workforce aligned with the company’s growth and development needs. **Minimum Requirements:** Bachelor's degree in Psychology; Proven experience as an HR generalist or Business Partner; Excellent analytical ability, strategic vision, and communication skills; Knowledge of performance, climate, and engagement assessment tools; **Preferred Qualifications:** Experience in the healthcare sector, familiarity with HR platforms (e.g., Sólides), and intermediate-level Excel proficiency. **Working Hours:** Monday to Thursday: 08:00 to 18:00; Friday: 08:00 to 17:00 (1-hour lunch break).
