Support onboarding processes, new employee integration, and document organization. Assist in training control, development, and internal engagement initiatives. Support preparation of HR reports and metrics. Assist in internal communication and organizing initiatives focused on organizational climate and company culture. Support HR department administrative routines. **Requirements:** Applicants must be currently enrolled in one of the following programs: * Bachelor’s degree program in Human Resource Management. **Desired Knowledge:** Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and dynamism; Interest in people management and human development. **Advantages:** Interest in recruitment and selection, training and development, or organizational climate.
