




Job Summary: Support various Human Resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, and administrative support, ensuring process organization and smooth operations. Contribution to organizational culture and support for the People team. **Key Responsibilities and Activities** * **Recruitment and Selection:** Support job posting, resume screening, interview scheduling, candidate communication, and internal system status updates, ensuring organized and efficient selection processes. * **Onboarding Process Support:** Verify onboarding documents, organize files, register new hires in the system, submit information to payroll, and monitor the process until employee formalization. * **Benefits Administration:** Support adding and removing employees from benefits platforms, assist with benefits purchases, verify amounts, and organize monthly reports. * **Spreadsheet and Internal Control Updates:** Maintain up-to-date spreadsheets for job openings, onboarding, benefits, payments, and HR metrics, ensuring data reliability. * **Payment Requests to Finance:** Support organizing invoices and payment slips from benefits providers, complete internal payment requests, and track the process to completion. * **Administrative Support to the People Team:** Assist in employee inquiries via e\-mail or Teams, organize digital and physical documents, and provide general support for team requests. * **Organizational Culture Knowledge and Dissemination:** Understand the company’s PPV (Purpose, Promises, and Values) and support communication and integration of new employees.
