This professional will be responsible for supporting and executing people management processes, contributing to talent attraction, development, and retention, as well as strengthening the organization's human resources practices and policies. Key Responsibilities: * Conduct recruitment and selection processes for various departments within the company; * Support onboarding and follow-up activities for new employees; * Organize and monitor routine tasks and processes within the Human Resources department; * Support managers on people management-related requests; * Contribute to the implementation and improvement of HR policies and practices; * Develop and monitor HR metrics, supporting data analysis and decision-making; * Support initiatives focused on organizational climate, employee development, and engagement. Requirements: * Completed undergraduate degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields; * Prior experience in Human Resources routine tasks; * Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills; * Analytical profile with attention to processes and metrics. Preferred Qualifications: * Experience in financial, technology, or payment industry companies; * Experience with HR metrics and process improvement.
