Develop HR and administrative support skills in a social environment. **JOB POSTING \- HR ASSISTANT (Apprentice Youth Recruitment)** Join our Blue Connectors team at Fundação CDL BH and help transform thousands of lives. We implement social programs and projects for children and adolescents in vulnerable situations residing in Belo Horizonte and its Metropolitan Region. **Requirements**: Education: Final year student or recent graduate in Human Resources Management or Administration. Easy access to the downtown area of Belo Horizonte; Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office suite; Strong communication and interpersonal skills; Experience or interest in social work and/or volunteering is a plus. **Responsibilities**: * Scheduling interviews with apprentice youth; * Providing positive and negative feedback to candidates; * Making phone calls to partner companies and candidates; * Handling administrative tasks related to Recruitment & Selection and Personnel Department; * Hiring apprentice youth; * Participating in internal selection processes; Work Location: Downtown Belo Horizonte Business hours, Monday to Friday **Benefits:** Salary, on-site snack, Flash flexible benefit of BRL 814.00 per month, Transportation Allowance (VT), Casual Day, Birthday Day-Off, Unimed Health Plan, Life Insurance.
