Our mission is to develop and implement, with excellence, innovative healthcare solutions that improve patients' and their families' quality of life, anticipate societal and healthcare system transformations. **Job Description** We seek a Nursing Intern to work in the Healthcare Call Center and Case Management sector, supporting healthcare team activities with a focus on organization, patient monitoring, and support for clinical processes. **Main Responsibilities** * Support the healthcare team in the sector's administrative routines; * Request and track authorizations for interventions with health insurance providers; * Register information in the internal system (IW), including passwords, approvals, and discharges; * Transcribe medical prescriptions into the system; * Track pending items and maintain communication with health insurance providers; * Assist in compiling data for departmental indicators; * Schedule elective transfers and hospital discharge processes; * Assist in organizing documents, records, and internal workflows; * Request material collection and support operational demands of the sector. * Telemonitoring of our patients. **Requirements** * Currently enrolled in a **Nursing** undergraduate program (mandatory). * Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office); Job Type: Internship Contract Duration: 12 months Compensation: R$950.00 per month Benefits: * Life insurance * Transportation allowance Selection Question(s): * Which shift are you attending?
