Requirements: The Digital Implementation area is responsible for ***acting as the bridge between business, technology, and operations, ensuring efficient, secure, and compliant implementation of solutions and systems aligned with both client and company processes, thereby guaranteeing value delivery, quality, and end-customer satisfaction***, and seeks a ***Systems Specialist \| Implementation*** to join our team—the largest software development and financial-market product company in Brazil—where we believe technological innovation inspires evolution. **This position will be responsible for:** * Acting as a **functional and systemic reference** in implementation projects (Sworks, Atomics, among others); * **Executing and leading** end\-to\-end implementation: diagnosis, planning, requirements gathering, configuration, testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), go\-live, and stabilization. * Translating business requirements into clear functional and technical specifications, ensuring alignment among clients, technical teams, and operations. * Supporting and guiding implementation, business, and technology teams, acting as the **focal point for functional decisions.** * **Monitoring and directing** customizations, integrations, and corrections, evaluating operational impacts, risks, and priorities. * Proactively identifying **risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks**, proposing action plans. * Ensuring adherence to defined **processes, standards, timelines, costs, and quality.** * Supporting clients in understanding the solution and transitioning to assisted operations. * Contributing to **continuous improvement**, automation, and evolution of implementation processes. * Producing and validating **functional documentation, workflows, manuals, and executive reports.** * Interfacing with **project management, product, development, operations, and external stakeholders.** **To be a \#match, this role requires the following mandatory qualifications:** * Experience with REST and SOAP APIs, including: * Consuming and understanding API contracts; * Analyzing payloads (JSON / XML); * Validating system-to-system integrations; * Knowledge of integration architecture and systemic workflows. * BPMN process modeling and understanding. * Experience with systemic and operational workflows. * Familiarity with information security, authentication, authorization, and access control. * Experience with project methodologies (traditional and/or agile). * Ability to read and interpret logs, systemic errors, and integration failures. * Preparation of technical, functional, and process documentation. * Use of project tracking, demand management, and KPI tools. * Completed undergraduate degree. * Intermediate/Advanced Spanish; **The following knowledge or experience would be considered advantageous:** * Advanced SQL for data analysis, validations, reconciliations, and troubleshooting support; * Knowledge of relational databases (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL or similar).
