In 2014, it joined Grupo Rio Minas, further expanding its presence and now employing over 70 professionals distributed across various regions of Brazil, serving 100% of the national territory. Today, it is a company recognized for its services to major market players, serving large IT clients such as Algar, Stefanini, Sonda IT, Tech Mahindra, Atos, Positivo, Atento, and others. **Responsibilities:** Technically lead the development and evolution of corporate systems. Define, review, and maintain software architectures for new solutions and legacy systems. Develop critical functionalities and high-complexity components. Support technical decisions, technology selection, and definition of development standards. Guide and mentor the team, promoting best practices and Design Patterns. Participate in integrations, code management, merges, versioning, and CI/CD processes. Ensure code quality and support continuous improvement of software engineering. Serve as the team’s technical reference, potentially covering for the manager during vacation periods. Bachelor's degree required.
