**Job Summary:** The Stock Replenisher is responsible for **restocking shelves, racks, and displays**, ensuring proper product presentation with a focus on **organization, cleanliness, and continuous restocking**, aiming to provide customers with a positive shopping experience. **Key Responsibilities:** * Restock shelves and displays according to store layout and standards; * Monitor product expiration dates and remove expired items; * Maintain a clean, organized department with correctly priced products; * Assist in receiving and verifying incoming merchandise; * Rotate stock using the FIFO method (First In, First Out); * Assist customers with product information and location within the department; * Comply with internal safety, hygiene, and customer service policies. **Requirements:** * Completed elementary education (high school diploma is preferred); * Prior experience in this role or in retail/supermarket operations is desirable; * Availability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays. **Behavioral Competencies:** * Organization and attention to detail; * Agility and proactivity; * Strong interpersonal skills; * Commitment and accountability; * Ability to work effectively in a team. **Work Schedule:** Rotating shifts based on unit needs (availability for various shifts required).
