An environment that values agility, collaboration, and customer-centricity Select High Clients Specification Country: Brazil You will be responsible for managing consolidated Select client portfolios, delivering hybrid service and comprehensive financial advisory with emphasis on profitability, relationship management, and client retention. **Key Responsibilities** • Deliver consultative service, alternating between digital and in-person channels as needed; • Conduct personalized financial planning, advising on portfolio composition; • Develop opportunities to upgrade clients to Select Ultra High; • Identify opportunities for portfolio upgrading and performance growth. **Behavioral and Technical Competencies** • Strong analytical capability and financial recommendation skills; • Proficiency in negotiation and active listening; • Close engagement in portfolio management; • Ability to build long-term relationships; • Investment acumen and decisiveness. **Education/Certifications** • CPA 20 (mandatory); • Completed undergraduate degree; • Technical knowledge in credit, investments, and financial planning.
