Landscape Irrigation Leader (Project-Focused)

As a long-standing partner of Rain Bird, we are its authorized material supplier and exclusive distributor in the industrial sector, ensuring that our customers across Brazil benefit from the excellence of Rain Bird’s products. ***Key Responsibilities:*** * Lead and manage landscape projects from conception through execution; * Develop and review landscape designs, including plant species and material specifications; * Coordinate internal teams and field service providers; * Monitor schedules, budgets, and delivery quality; * Interface with clients to ensure alignment of expectations; * Supervise project implementation and maintenance; * Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and industry best practices. ***Requirements:*** * Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Agricultural Engineering, Forestry Engineering, Landscape Architecture, or related fields; * Proven professional experience in landscaping, documented in CTPS, with a focus on project management; * Proficiency in developing and interpreting landscape design documents; * Advanced proficiency in REVIT and similar software; * Knowledge of irrigation systems is a plus; * Strong leadership and multi-project management skills; * Excellent communication, organization, and proactivity. ***Working Hours:*** Monday to Friday \- 7:00 AM to 4:48 PM or 8:00 AM to 5:48 PM ***Benefits:*** * Meal allowance (BRL 30.00 per workday) * Breakfast (at no cost); * Transportation voucher or commuting allowance (up to BRL 630.00); * Health insurance (65% covered by the company); * Dental insurance; * Gympass; * Energy discount; * University tuition partnership; * Life insurance.
