




Job Summary: This professional will be responsible for managing procurement processes, addressing internal demands, supporting logistics, and ensuring vehicle management and cash flow control. Key Highlights: 1. Purchase and quotation management for various departments 2. Logistical support and inventory control 3. Internal customer service and supplier management * Monitor purchase order issuance via the ERP system to formalize the company's diverse procurement activities. \- Address internal customers' most specific requirements by conducting quotations, registering suppliers, and finalizing completed purchases. \- Ensure vehicle parking slots for executives are available for use by directors. * Assist in resolving pending issues until products are delivered to the end customer. * Support the entire procurement process of supplies for various departments of FONNTES GEOTÉCNICA, consistently securing optimal pricing and product quality, while performing inventory controls and external administrative services. * Ensure vehicles are fueled for use in company operations. \- Manage fuel voucher records provided by the company to field staff. * Reconcile cash flow controls for funds used by teams, reporting to management and executive leadership.
