Maintenance Supervisor

Description

Monitor and follow up on sector cleaning to ensure organization and high-quality work; Assign tasks to the team according to the plan to initiate the process; Assign staff to specific tasks; Individually monitor employee development to address questions and maintain discipline; Inspect the quality of work being performed during the process to make necessary adjustments and additions; Arrange for repairs of sector machines and equipment whenever problems are observed; Monitor and supervise Maintenance Department processes, controlling efficiency parameters and indicators; Implement an action plan to execute corrective and preventive maintenance schedules, allocating required resources (labor, equipment, machines); Set goals and track results to ensure schedule compliance; Identify operational issues in equipment and machinery and monitor their maintenance; Develop and supervise the development of procedures; Detect, investigate, and correct process deviations, as well as implement improvements; Ensure team members use personal protective equipment (PPE); Ensure compliance with occupational hygiene and safety regulations; Notify the Industrial Manager immediately upon occurrence of more complex variations, so improvement solutions can be arranged; Require proper use of machinery, tools, and utensils, monitoring their maintenance to ensure sustained production readiness; Guide both experienced and new employees on optimal work methods to ensure preparedness and training; Regularly report progress to superiors, highlighting key issues identified to support improvements and evaluations; Comply with current company norms and procedures, staying updated to ensure work within safety and functionality standards; Perform other related duties as requested by the Sector Coordination; Ensure the quality management system is effective in achieving quality objectives; Salary: R$2\.459,88 \- R$7\.166,58 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Fuel allowance * Company mobile phone * Commercial agreements and discounts * Free parking * Life insurance * Transportation allowance Work location: On-site
