### **JOB DESCRIPTION**

Ensure and guarantee the correct use and distribution of uniforms and PPEs, personal hygiene, materials, and products, in accordance with established procedures, instructions from the immediate supervisor, and safety regulations;
Monitor daily activities by reviewing the RAD (Daily Activity Report), verifying the application of cleaning and hygiene techniques;
Organize team workload distribution, lead the team, define tasks to be performed, and allocate staff across departments;
Conduct checklists for new employees according to established routines, clarifying disciplinary norms, work instructions, safety regulations, and department walkthroughs to ensure proper onboarding;
Verify material supply levels and distribute as needed; inspect the DML (Cleaning Materials Depot) and functional carts to ensure employees can perform their daily duties;
Perform cleaning checklists using specific forms to evaluate cleaning and hygiene results, guiding the team when failures are identified, ensuring adherence to established protocols and standardization;
Monitor team disciplinary conduct, providing guidance and correcting inappropriate behavior, applying appropriate penalties per the Code of Conduct;
Ensure practical application of knowledge acquired during training sessions under the contract, promoting best practices;
Complete PPE control records, documenting equipment issued to employees and collecting signatures, in accordance with occupational health and safety guidelines and instructions;
Dilute cleaning products correctly, following specifications outlined in the procedure, when required;
Check expiration dates of sprayers and drums in stock and after dilution, verifying validity periods per established standards;
Monitor inventory levels of materials and equipment under the contract, flagging or placing necessary orders, verifying deliveries upon receipt, and organizing storage allocation;
Receive and sign employee attendance certificates, forwarding them to the supervisor for absence tracking and appropriate handling of excused absences;
Monitor employee attendance and punctuality via payroll and time card records;
Wash utensils used by the previous shift, organizing and storing them in designated locations to support continuity of scheduled activities;
Read and record information in the incident logbook at the beginning and end of each shift to ensure smooth continuation of contractual activities;
Conduct shift handover jointly with the leader of the other shift, performing departmental rounds, noting incidents, recording information, and ensuring seamless continuity of contractual activities;
Conduct departmental rounds, guiding assistants in task execution and correct application of cleaning techniques, correcting posture, delegating responsibilities, and monitoring performance to assess outcomes against established standards;
Escort and accompany employees in case of workplace accidents or medical incidents, informing the immediate supervisor, occupational safety personnel, and family members;
Correctly dilute chemical cleaning products, adhering to occupational safety recommendations, manufacturer instructions, SDS (Safety Data Sheets), and applied training.
Attend judicial or administrative hearings as a company representative (proxy), when requested by the legal department.
Perform related duties, as assigned by the immediate supervisor, within the scope of one's competencies.

MINIMUM EDUCATION: Completed Elementary School.
PREFERRED: Completed High School.
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE IN FIELD: 6 months.
PREFERRED: 1 year.
