




Job Summary: This professional will plan, coordinate, and supervise HR and Personnel Department processes, acting as a strategic partner for talent engagement and retention. Key Highlights: 1. Strategic involvement in people management and organizational climate. 2. End-to-end management of recruitment, selection, training, and development. 3. Ensuring compliance with labor legislation and internal policies. Main Responsibilities: Plan, coordinate, and supervise recruitment, selection, onboarding, training, and employee development processes. Manage payroll, social charges, benefits, time tracking, and legal obligations of the Personnel Department. Ensure compliance with labor legislation, regulatory norms (NRs), and internal policies. Act as a strategic partner to leadership, promoting organizational climate initiatives, talent engagement, and retention. Develop and monitor HR and Personnel Department performance indicators. Lead performance evaluations, career planning, and succession planning processes. Support conflict management and foster a healthy, collaborative work environment. Represent the company in labor negotiations and hearings, when required. Ensure confidentiality and integrity of employee information. Technical Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Administration, Psychology, Human Resources Management, or related fields. Postgraduate degree in People Management, Labor Law, or related areas (preferred).
