Rede Gourmet is seeking a dedicated professional with experience in Food & Beverage (F&B) and team leadership to serve as **Breakfast and Events Coordinator** at our **Santafé** unit. If you are passionate about hospitality, attentive to details, and focused on quality, join our team! **Schedule: 5:40 AM to 2:00 PM** **Work Rotation: 6 days on, 1 day off** **Main Responsibilities:** * Coordinate breakfast operations, ensuring excellence in guest service. * Supervise the team during buffet setup, replenishment, and cleanup. * Supervise events, coffee breaks, lunches, and room service orders. * Manage staff to foster a productive and collaborative work environment. * Monitor Cost of Goods Sold (CMV) and operational revenue. * Request supplies and utensils to ensure efficient organization and replenishment. * Verify the quality of products used. * Support the planning and execution of internal and external hotel events. **Requirements:** * Prior experience in Food & Beverage, especially in hospitality. * Skills in team and operational process management. * Availability to work morning shifts. * Organizational skills, proactivity, and results orientation. **Benefits:** * Medical assistance (employer covers 50% of monthly premium for employee; co-payment deducted from payroll); * Dental assistance (no cost to employee); * Fuel allowance or transportation voucher; * Life insurance (no cost to employee); * On-site meals; * Pharmacy voucher. **Compensation:** * Salary between R$ 2.520,00 * Average commission R$1.580,00 Possibility of additional earnings Employment Type: Permanent CLT Payment: Starting from R$2.520,00 per month
