BAUMINAS Group – Salvador-BA Unit is seeking a Production Operator to join its production team and support operational activities and organization at the manufacturing unit. Join our team! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Unloading raw materials and organizing inventory; * Loading finished products into tank trailers; * Producing PAC/Polifer; * Operating industrial equipment, including glass-lined reactors (vessels and pressure vessels), filter presses, thermal oil heaters, and overhead cranes; * Implementing 5S throughout the entire area. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Minimum 1 year of experience as an Assistant/Operator; * Availability to work flexible hours; * NR-related training courses. **Additional Information** The BAUMINAS Group comprises four companies operating in an integrated manner within the environmental sanitation industry: BAUMINAS Águas, BAUMINAS Mineração, BAUMINAS Log, and BAUMINAS Hidroazul.
