Focus on Pharmaceuticals or Construction Projects **Job Description:** Scope of Responsibilities We currently have two distinct hiring tracks. We seek professionals with experience in one of the following areas: **Focus on Pharmaceuticals:** Experience purchasing pharmaceuticals, medical supplies, and hospital consumables. **Focus on Construction Projects:** Experience purchasing construction materials, machinery, equipment, and engineering services. Key Responsibilities **Process Management:** Plan and monitor all procurement stages—from receiving the requisition through delivery follow\-up. **Strategic Negotiation:** Engage with suppliers to negotiate pricing, delivery timelines, payment terms, and quality standards. **Market Analysis:** Monitor market trends to anticipate supply shortages and identify cost-saving opportunities. **Supplier Development:** Identify, register, and qualify new partners in compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. **Internal Interface:** Serve as liaison between requesting departments and suppliers to resolve non-conformities. **Requirements:** **Education:** Currently pursuing or completed undergraduate degree. **Experience:** Minimum of 6 months in related responsibilities (over 1 year preferred). **Technical Knowledge:** Negotiation techniques and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. **Technological Advantage:** Ability to leverage AI tools to enhance daily workflow efficiency. **Behavioral Profile:** Analytical mindset, adaptability, problem-solving orientation, and collaborative spirit.
