Operating dishwashers and sanitizing utensils **RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES** * • Responsible for keeping the entire kitchen and dining area clean, ensuring all areas are sanitized in accordance with Sanitary Surveillance regulations for receiving goods and staff; * Responsible for organizing cleaning supplies and refilling soap dispensers, hand gel, paper towels, and toilet paper in all locations where these items are used; * Responsible for operating dishwashers (plates and glasses) and sanitizing utensils, containers, and pots; * Responsible for properly storing utensils, tableware, and containers to ensure efficiency during usage; * Follow the Good Hygiene Practices manual. **REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS** * Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays; * Must be at least 18 years old.
