Come join our team as a **Business Performance Transformation Analyst SR!** **Key Responsibilities:** * Develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards, reports, and metrics in Power BI, ensuring data reliability, standardization, and usability. * Build and evolve executive reports and presentations for leadership and the Board. * Design and monitor operational, tactical, and strategic KPIs, ensuring alignment with business objectives. * Support continuous improvement programs by tracking gains, results, deviations, and sustainability of initiatives. * Conduct statistical data analysis to identify trends, root causes, improvement opportunities, and performance risks in collaboration with company departments. * Support goal setting, performance tracking, and analysis of process variability. * Work directly with operational and corporate departments (e.g., production, maintenance, planning, finance, cost control, etc.). * Ensure data quality, integrity, and governance used in reports and analyses. * Support development of managerial and executive reports, translating technical data into clear insights for decision-making. * Contribute to standardizing performance methods, metrics, and review rituals. * Support continuous improvement, operational efficiency, and process transformation initiatives. * Collaborate closely with operational departments to understand the business and identify opportunities. * Support Lean, Six Sigma, or Operational Excellence initiatives, where applicable. * Consolidate and analyze financial and operational data to generate strategic insights. * Participate in corporate projects and performance and productivity initiatives. * Support standardization and automation of metrics and reports. * Deliver critical analyses and recommendations to support executive leadership. **Qualifications** * Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields. * Analytics and BI Tools: Advanced proficiency in Power BI and Excel, including experience building and automating reports, tracking KPIs, integrating data sources, and preferably using other BI tools or databases (e.g., SQL). * Performance Management and Continuous Improvement: Experience with operational and financial performance metrics, continuous improvement tools, and methodologies such as Lean, PDCA, DMAIC, and Kaizen; Green Belt Lean Six Sigma certification is considered an advantage. * Data Analysis and Statistics: Knowledge of applied data analysis and statistics, preferably in industrial or mining contexts. * Business Context and Industry: Familiarity with operational metrics and experience in underground mining or complex industrial operations is desirable. * Systems and Languages: Advanced English (reading, writing, and speaking). SAP knowledge is considered an advantage. * Communication and Strategic Engagement: Experience developing executive presentations and materials for senior leadership and the Board, as well as involvement in strategic projects and operational transformation initiatives. **Competencies** * Analytical reasoning and attention to detail; * Organization, deadline discipline, and sense of priority; * Proactivity, autonomy, and ownership mindset; * Collaboration and strong relationship-building with partner departments. * Ability to operate effectively in dynamic, highly complex environments. * Strong executive communication skills and ability to interact across all organizational levels. **Location** Belo Horizonte/MG
