Support in measurement closing and document organization **ERG Engenharia** is seeking a professional to work as an **Administrative Assistant** in **Mariana/MG**: **Main responsibilities:** \- Manage employee time and attendance records, absences, medical certificates, and benefits for contracted staff; \- Manage overtime hours, time banks, and night shift allowances for contracts; \- Prepare contract checklists and submit monthly workforce and HHT spreadsheets for contracts; \- Manage administrative supplies; \- Support measurement closing activities; \- Prepare and submit hour allocations; \- Record reimbursable expenses; \- Organize and digitize documents; \- Support other administrative tasks assigned by the manager. **Requirements:** \- Completed high school education; \- Higher education or technical degree in administration, human resources, or related fields is desirable; \- Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency; \- Must reside in Mariana/MG.
