Organization and routine management **Cafeteria Supervisor – Boulevard Commercial Center** We are hiring a **Cafeteria Supervisor** to work at Boulevard Shopping Center. **Salary:** R$ 2.450,00 **Additional compensation:** sales commission **Work schedule:** 6 days on, 1 day off **Work location:** Boulevard Shopping Center **Main responsibilities:** * Supervise and guide the team; * Organize daily cafeteria routines; * Monitor customer service and ensure a positive customer experience; * Manage inventory, product expiration dates, and restocking; * Track sales targets and performance results; * Schedule and coordinate employee shifts and working hours; * Ensure cleanliness and organization of the premises. **Requirements:** * Experience in team leadership or supervision; * Experience in cafeterias, restaurants, or retail is a plus; * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and professional demeanor; * Availability to work on a 6-on/1-off schedule, including weekends and holidays.
