Join us too! **Opportunity:** Occupational Safety Technician **Summary of responsibilities:** Maintain inspection of D'GRANEL's facilities and equipment in accordance with occupational safety standards; verify and enhance employee training programs, as well as supervise the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) while complying with applicable occupational safety legislation. **Responsibilities:** * + Record workplace accidents, preparing reports and internal controls containing information on time, severity, and causes; + Ensure compliance with occupational safety legislation, including PPRA, PCMSO, and other Regulatory Standards; + Inspect production and operational areas, verifying risk conditions and proper use of PPE; + Conduct periodic inspections of fire extinguishers, requesting maintenance, replacement, or recharging as needed; + Advise employees on occupational hazards and best safety practices; + Deliver occupational safety training and campaigns; + Investigate workplace accidents, identifying root causes and proposing preventive actions; + Collaborate with the Internal Commission for Accident Prevention (CIPA), supporting training and activities as stipulated in NR\-5; + Control and distribute PPE to employees; + Conduct technical visits to D'GRANEL's yards and customer operations, identifying hazardous situations and ensuring compliance with safety standards.
