Responsibilities: * Lead recruitment and selection processes. * Conduct onboarding and training for new employees. * Manage vacations, internal initiatives, events, and employee engagement campaigns. * Improve organizational climate and talent retention. * Develop modern people management strategies. * Support leaders and teams in professional and organizational development. Requirements: * Experience in people management and HR operations. * Proactive profile with willingness to implement a more contemporary and strategic HR function. * Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills. * Commitment to schedules, processes, and results. * Desired experience in training, organizational culture, and team engagement.
