Job Summary: This role involves providing technical support for various equipment, performing maintenance tasks, and assisting with system updates and reports. Key Highlights: 1. On-site and remote technical support for technology equipment 2. Preventive and corrective maintenance of systems and equipment 3. Incident management and preparation of technical reports Responsibilities: * Assist with Level 1 maintenance, either on-site or remotely, for ATMs, turnstiles, and station surveillance cameras; configure computers in the SITBUS technology park; perform maintenance on PEDs (Passenger Information Displays), network cables, and electrical cables. * Provide technical support to stations and operators regarding maintenance and configuration of onboard equipment installed in buses. * Generate validator update lists. * Assist with preventive and corrective maintenance of predictability panels and PEDs (bus stops and stations), surveillance cameras, and BHBUS stations. * Assist with receiving and evaluating incident reports submitted by operators, stations, and BHTRANS via the Helpdesk system. * Assist with preparing evaluation reports on the performance of operators’ onboard equipment, maintaining control through spreadsheets. * Assist with tracking receipts and protocols for materials delivered by suppliers, storing them according to departmental quality policies and controls. * Assist with receiving and dispatching defective equipment to the technology supplier’s maintenance branch. * Assist with call triage related to departmental service requests and route calls to responsible technicians. * Assist with document control in accordance with quality policy. **Requirements:** * **Valid driver’s license, Category B** * Strong communication skills and attention to detail * Basic Microsoft Office proficiency * Technical course in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Electrotechnology, or related fields (preferred) * Knowledge in the field of Information Technology/Technology * Experience installing, analyzing, and testing software and firmware (preferred) * Experience in electrical and/or electronics fields (preferred) * Experience providing technical support for networks (preferred) * Experience providing operational technical support (preferred) Employment Type: Full-time CLT Salary: R$2.193,00 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance
