What matters most to us is your attitude and energy! \* YOUR DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES: Produce pizzas at scale while maintaining the restaurant’s signature thin, crispy crust. Preparation and Mise en Place: Organize ingredients, perform weighing, dough production, and balling. Event Agility: Technical assembly of flavors for buffet-style service and support for external events and delivery. Excellence Standard: Ensure thorough cleanliness, strict workstation organization, and proper utensil maintenance. WHAT WE SEEK: Preferred: Experience in pizzerias, buffets, or high-volume kitchens. Knowledge: Basic understanding of food handling best practices. Profile: Resilience during peak hours and ability to work well in a team. \***Preference for candidates residing in or having easy access to the Santa Lúcia / São Bento area (BH).**\* WORK HOURS AND SCHEDULE: 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM (with a 1-hour break). Rotating schedule of 6 days on, 1 day off (fixed days off on Mondays and one Sunday per month). Starting Salary: R$ 1\.800,00\.
