Description

Responsible for analyzing daily operations, ensuring process efficiency, and guaranteeing compliant and high-quality monitoring. Additionally, communicates with customers and partners to ensure their needs are met in an agile and effective manner. Monitor the daily operations of the monitoring area, ensuring smooth process functionality; Follow established procedures to ensure operational efficiency; Monitor activity performance and suggest improvements when necessary; Support verification and authorization of payments to suppliers and service providers; Collaborate with the team to organize and distribute tasks equitably; Provide support and guidance to achieve departmental objectives and goals; Contribute to evaluations and training initiatives aimed at enhancing team performance; Assist in developing and implementing monitoring solutions; Identify opportunities for process optimization and propose innovations; Ensure adopted solutions meet quality standards and customer expectations; Maintain contact with associates, customers, and partners to understand their needs and provide appropriate support; Assist in resolving issues related to monitoring services, aiming to satisfy all stakeholders; Contribute ideas to enhance services and expand offered solutions; Follow practices that support optimization of available resources; Align departmental activities with the company’s strategic direction; Collaborate in executing strategic plans and improving the department; Report critical information to management and request support when necessary; Assist in maintaining quality standards and regulatory compliance; Support implementation of process improvements to ensure service excellence; Track departmental indicators and flag deviations requiring adjustments; Work collaboratively with other company departments to ensure alignment and adequate support; Contribute to maintaining and promoting the company’s positive image and communication; Stay attentive to market trends and developments, suggesting improvements and optimizations; Collaborate in supplier management, ensuring they meet departmental needs and comply with established criteria; Work in partnership with leadership to align expectations and meet company requirements; Perform other duties related to the role as required.
