Job Summary: This internship supports social media management, supplier communication, coordination of printed materials and events, and marketing performance metric tracking. Key Highlights: 1. Support for internal/external events and internal marketing 3Geo operates in the field of geotechnics, focusing on geotechnical instrumentation and monitoring. We provide consulting services, sell, install, and manage structural monitoring instruments. Additionally, we perform drilling services for instrument installation. We work with both conventional and automated instruments and serve various types of construction projects, including dam decommissioning projects. Your Responsibilities: * Support social media management (scheduling posts, responding to follower interactions, and assisting with monitoring); * Contact suppliers and printing companies, obtain quotations, and negotiate payments with the finance team. * Assist in file preparation and finalization for printing, submit files to printing companies, and manage quantities. * Support internal and external events by managing deadlines, payments, and verifying artwork. * Track performance metrics and assist in preparing reports. * Support internal marketing by acting as a liaison between units, distributing materials, guiding campaign execution, and ensuring HR alignment with strategic objectives. What We Are Looking For: * Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Marketing, Advertising and Public Relations, Communications, or related fields such as Graphic Design. * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Agility and experience working with suppliers and managing budgets; * Basic knowledge of social media platforms and digital tools; * Familiarity with Microsoft Office and SharePoint. * Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, and Premiere) Minimum Education Level: Undergraduate Degree
