We are seeking an HR Administrative Assistant to support administrative and operational routines of the HR department, ensuring compliance with labor and social security obligations. **Responsibilities:** * Assist in hiring and termination processes. * Support payroll calculation and closing. * Verify and manage vacation, leave of absence, and other types of leave. * Provide customer service and support to clients regarding HR-related matters. * Assist in submitting ancillary obligations (eSocial, DCTFWeb, etc.), when required. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education. * Basic/intermediate knowledge of labor and social security legislation. * Familiarity with HR routines (hiring, payroll, vacations, terminations). * Proficiency in Microsoft Office. **Behavioral Profile:** * Organized and detail-oriented. * Proactive and responsible. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work effectively in a team. * Discretion and ethics in handling confidential information.
