Job Summary: Responsible for ERP (Odoo) implementation, configuration, and continuous improvement, providing technical support and handling general IT tasks. Key Highlights: 1. Identify and propose improvements to internal processes Responsible for ERP (Odoo) implementation, configuration, and continuous improvement, as well as providing technical support to users and handling the company's general IT tasks. **Main Responsibilities:** * Implement and configure the ERP (Odoo) * Gather requirements from departments (finance, procurement, inventory, etc.) * Configure modules according to business needs * Train users and monitor system adoption * Provide technical support (hardware, software, network, and users) * Identify and propose improvements to internal processes * Participate in the company's new technology projects * Interface with IT and system vendors 3\. Requirements **Mandatory:** * Experience with ERP implementation or support (Odoo preferred) * Knowledge of administrative processes (finance, tax, procurement, etc.) * Basic database knowledge (PostgreSQL is a plus) * Technical support knowledge (networks, computers, systems) * Good communication skills **Preferred Qualifications:** * Odoo experience * Basic programming knowledge (Python) * Experience with system integration * Experience in small or medium-sized enterprises Employment Type: Full-time CLT Salary: R$2.500,00 \- R$4.000,00 per month Benefits: * Fuel allowance * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Food voucher * Transportation voucher Work Location: On-site
