For this reason, we pay close attention to welcoming professionals with the widest possible range of backgrounds. **What will be your role?** * Inspect site cleanliness and organization upon completion of each task and during execution, identifying areas for improvement—to maintain site order, prevent damage to completed work, and avoid accidents. * Verify and monitor construction activities, checking all ongoing tasks at the site to ensure quality standards. * Support occupational safety: verify use of PPE, inspect and maintain collective protective equipment (CPE), and participate in Safety Dialogues (DSS)—to prevent accidents and promote employee well-being. * Conduct monthly on-site measurement of contractors and measurement professionals; complete spreadsheets with quantities and values per contract. After spreadsheet completion, measurements are submitted to the Contracts and Measurements department for system entry and approval by the engineer, enabling payment based on production. * Perform quantity surveys and takeoffs: conduct material and service quantity surveys in accordance with project phases, either on-site or from drawings, for verification, procurement, budgeting, and measurement purposes. * Conduct Weekly Safety Dialogues. * Monitor daily Scrum activities. * Track purchase requests and assist the warehouse clerk in cost allocation. Request registration of new inputs in the system through the Purchasing Department. Plan material deliveries and track shipments to ensure required inputs are available for continued site progress. * Contact service and material suppliers to schedule deliveries and coordinate on-site activities according to demand—ensuring physical progress of the project. * Contact designers as needed to clarify doubts and identify inconsistencies—ensuring correct execution of tasks. * Plan concrete pours jointly with the ready-mix supplier and verify concrete delivery invoices. * Request granite orders, complete delivery notes identifying pieces and controlling delivery deadlines; monitor quality and storage of delivered items—for quality, quantity, and progress control. * Support the warehouse clerk: assess organization, check material expiry dates, identify need for non-conformance reports, contact suppliers, manage rented equipment, and plan continuous-use purchases—to ensure smooth physical progress, proper organization, and correct storage. * Review rented equipment for the month and assess return feasibility—to retain only those currently in use. * Monitor the Field Quality Checklist and develop action plans for improvements. * Track client-requested modifications, prepare modification checklists, and attach them at each apartment entrance—to minimize rework and ensure quality. * Prepare and verify checklists aligned with project phase—to ensure timely, high-quality completion of tasks. * Comply with procedures and other duties related to the position. * Report any anomalies encountered during task execution to the immediate supervisor. * Support the site quality department: assist in verifying employee tools, registering new employees and contractors in the SGQ system, and performing other departmental tasks. * Other duties related to the position. **We expect you to:** * Be currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering or Civil Production Engineering (from the 3rd semester onward). **We’ll be especially thrilled if you:** * Have intermediate computer skills and AutoCAD experience. **Our Benefits** * Transportation Allowance/Fuel Benefit; * Meal Voucher (R$33.00 per workday); * Life Insurance; * Seconci medical consultations; * Gympass; * PPI – Internal Incentive Program; * CAJU+: Online therapy platform (Viva Psychology), nutritionist, financial advisory, legal guidance, and social services; * Birthday Day Off.
