Job Summary:
Professional responsible for customer service and support in vehicle emergencies, performing request analysis, dispatching service providers, and managing the entire service process.

**SHIFT SCHEDULE: 12 HOURS ON / 36 HOURS OFF \- Day Shift**
* **Customer Service and Support:** Receive emergency vehicle-related calls from members, providing prompt, empathetic, and effective assistance.
* **Request Analysis:** Assess the urgency of the request, review vehicle photos or videos to confirm service necessity, and identify the best solution.
* **Service Provider Dispatch:** Locate and dispatch the nearest service provider (e.g., towing service) to the incident location or destination, selecting the one offering the best cost-benefit ratio.
* **Information Management:** Record member requests in internal systems and keep customers updated on all stages of service delivery.
* **Service Follow-up:** Monitor service execution until the vehicle reaches its destination or assistance is completed.
Employment Type: Full-time, CLT (Consolidated Labor Laws) permanent position
Compensation: R$1\.621,00 \- R$1\.700,00 per month
