**Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Psychology; * Active registration with the Regional Psychology Council (CRP); * Minimum of 6 months' experience in Human Resources; * Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office suite and HR systems). **Main Responsibilities:** * Conduct all stages of recruitment and selection processes (screening, interviews, administering and grading tests, feedback sessions, and candidate follow-up); * Develop, administer, and support the analysis of internal HR surveys, questionnaires, and management reports; * Provide support to other HR department routines as required. **Working Hours:** * On-site work; * 44 hours per week.
