The Generalist Human Resources Analyst will be responsible for all stages of the recruitment and selection process, from resume screening to candidate communication and onboarding support.

**Position**: GENERALIST HUMAN RESOURCES ANALYST

**Working Hours**: Monday to Thursday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
**Remuneration**: R$ 3\.500,00
**Employment Type**: CLT \- 100% on-site
**Responsibilities and Duties:**
* + Perform recruitment and selection activities across all process stages;
+ Screen resumes according to profiles of open positions;
+ Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates;
+ Post job opportunities on recruitment platforms and social media;
+ Assist in organizing in-person interviews, group activities, and onboarding sessions;
+ Proactively contact candidates via phone, e\-mail, and WhatsApp;
+ Update internal tracking systems and candidate databases for future opportunities;
+ Support the administration of assessments and delivery of feedback under supervision of the responsible analyst.
**What We Are Looking For:**
* + Completed high school education (pursuing a degree in Psychology, HR, or Business Administration is a plus);
+ Prior experience in recruitment and selection routines;
+ Basic computer skills (especially Excel and corporate e\-mail);
+ Strong communication skills and ability to interact effectively with diverse profiles;
+ Organizational skills, dynamism, and eagerness to learn;
+ Proactivity in managing multiple concurrent tasks.
