Dynamic and inclusive work environment Key Responsibilities: * Manage teams of outsourced employees, ensuring all services are delivered in accordance with established guidelines and standards. * Supervise schedule management, ensuring employee punctuality and attendance. * Ensure all employees properly use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) during their tasks. * Maintain appropriate control over materials used by employees, preventing waste or misallocation.
