We are seeking a professional experienced in industrial machine operation and uniform assembly. FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES * **Machine Operation:** Operate industrial machines (Straight stitch, Overlock, Banding machine) as required by the garment. * **Garment Assembly:** Perform complete or step-by-step sewing of uniforms (T-shirts, trousers, lab coats, etc.). * **Quality Finishing:** Ensure seams are aligned, wrinkle-free, and properly finished. * **Following Technical Specifications:** Interpret assembly instructions to guarantee model standardization. * **Thread and Needle Replacement:** Perform basic preventive maintenance, such as machine cleaning and accessory replacement.
