Job Summary: Strategically manage yard operations, vehicle quality control, maintenance management, supplier coordination, and administrative support, leveraging technology for operational control. Key Highlights: 1. Manage the yard to optimize vehicle flow. 2. Conduct rigorous pre- and post-delivery vehicle checklists. 3. Supervise preventive and corrective repairs. **Responsibilities and Duties:** * **Strategic Organization:** Manage the physical layout of the yard to optimize vehicle entry and exit flow. * **Quality Control (VEX):** Conduct rigorous pre- and post-delivery checklists to ensure vehicle condition and prevent contractual discrepancies. * **Maintenance Management:** Create, monitor, and close Service Orders (SO) in the workshop; supervise preventive, corrective, and accident-related repairs. * **Supplier Interface:** Coordinate with workshops, insurance companies, and service providers to expedite vehicle release. * **Operational Control:** Update fleet status daily via management systems and groups, ensuring real-time information. * **Administrative Support:** Perform basic financial entries, payment reconciliations, and support in billing routines. * **Technology Use:** Operate ERP systems and specialized vehicle rental software for inventory and movement control. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education. * Valid Brazilian Driver's License Category B (Mandatory). * Proven experience in vehicle rental companies, fleet logistics, or yard management. * Proficiency in **Excel** (filters, data organization, and lookup formulas such as VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP). * Experience with management systems (ERP). * Proactive profile with strong visual attention to detail and ability to work under pressure. **Compensation and Additional Benefits:** * **Base Salary:** R$ 2.500,00 (CLT employment regime). * **Variable Compensation:** Overtime pay and productivity bonuses. **Benefits:** * **Fuel Allowance.** * Meal Voucher (R$ 400.00 per month). * Transportation Voucher. Work Schedule and Hours: * **Shift Pattern:** 6 days on / 1 day off (Monday to Saturday). * **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Saturdays, 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM. * **Location:** Padre Eustáquio neighborhood – Belo Horizonte/MG.
